The pie chart does not appear or does not seem to be working properly.
Make sure that your browser has the latest Flash player installed. You can get it for free from Adobe.
How do I add additional expenses?
Simply click the "Add another option" link at the bottom off any section. Enter a description of the item in the blank text box that appears.
I don't know how many attendees my event will have. Is this required?
The calculator will work fine without the final number of attendees, but the average cost per attendee won't be calculated.
I don't have all of my final costs yet. Can I save what I've entered?
The information you enter will not be saved once you close your browser window, however, you can "Print Window" to save what you've entered as a reference for later.
I don't see all completed sections in the printout.
Due to some browser limitations, you will only be printing what is visible in the browser. Please expand all completed sections prior to printing the window.
